This is the Capital of the Manicaland province (The Eastern Highlands), a city with great potential. Arguably the cleanest / smartest city in Zimbabwe. Some refer to Mutare as the gateway to the sea. Moreover, it is regarded by many, as the most beautiful city in Zimbabwe.
